Ohio Early Intervention is a statewide system that provides coordinated services to infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays.

Early Intervention is rooted in the philosophy that all children are unique and develop at their own pace. In addition, children learn best from familiar people and in familiar places. This guides our efforts to support and coach families on how they feel they can best help your child, ensuring the best learning experience for your child.

Request an Evaluation

Making a referral for EI Services is the first step for parents who have questions or concerns about their infant or child. One referral opens the door to many programs that support families. To get started, call 1-800-755-4769, or click the button below to fill out a referral form.

The Support Your Child Needs

Our EI Providers play a key role in collaborating with parents and other caregivers to support children as they learn and grow. Our team works closely with Stark County EI Service Coordinators (formerly known as Help Me Grow) and all 17 local school districts to make sure the children in our community get the services they need.

Unique Goals For Unique Needs

In Early Intervention, each family creates outcomes to fit their unique needs. Our devoted EI team is here to address your child's developmental needs and work alongside you to find effective ways to support the entire family in their daily activities.
